Autumn is pretty awesome and no, not because of all the pumpkin spice lattes.

All of the photographers have other amazing photographs and I’ve included links to them under each picture.

Pizza Skulls from Hungry Happenings

Just in time for Halloween. Or any day of the year. This recipe is from Hungry Happenings. The website is full of great food recipes!

Stuffed Pizza Skulls (makes 4)
Ingredients: butter, to grease the pan 2 rolls Pillsbury Pizza Dough (or homemade, enough for 2 pizzas)* pizza toppings (I used mini pepperoni)* 6 tablespoons pizza sauce* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese* egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1 teaspoon water) *You’ll have scraps of pizza dough that you can use to create mini pizzas, so you’ll use more sauce, cheese and toppings for this.
Supplies Needed: Wilton 3-D Mini Skull Pan kitchen shears (scissors) or a knife
I found this large single skull pan on Amazon
and this smaller pan
The pan that was used in this tutorial is also available on Amazon, but it’s a little pricey
The Wilton website offers the skull pan as well, but it’s on backorder until October 21st.

You can see further instructions on Hungry Happenings. Enjoy!

Holy cow pies, this blog is a year old :D

WordPress keeps changing and I can’t keep up! I am clicking around, trying to find ways to access the comments, my posts and add new posts. My email is full of awesome artists I’ve found on my afternoon walks, but now I need to share them with you! I’ve been busy with overtime at work, 12 hour days and only one day off a week. Once the game we’re working on is released, I’ll have more time for Powdered Wig Couture and all the art. Time to make more posts, here I go! *drinks coffee, cracks knuckles*
