Cookies’ melting snowman cookies popular in foreign culinary blogs were so incredibly charming that they had to find and MW :-).Herself face to them laugh, right? The basis are buttery shortbread cookies, a foam snowman marshmallow frosting and royal. Snowmen can also be made on the basis of gingerbread. Great pre-Christmas fun for kids!
Ingredients for approximately 35 cookies (8 cm diameter):
- 290 g butter, cold
- 1/2 – 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2.5 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
All the ingredients to throw into the food processor and blend until a smooth dough is formed sphere. You can also put all the ingredients in a bowl, chop quickly with a knife, knead briefly to call. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After cooling roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm, gently podsypując flour. Cut out round shapes. Arrange on a baking sheet or mat Teflon, keeping small spaces.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes, a slight zezłocenia. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Decorate baked cookies – marshmallow foam stick on royal icing , which can also do the rest of the decoration.

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring.( I highly recommend the gel variety. You can buy it at any craft store. It is much brighter and you can use less)
- Powdered sugar, for rolling out dough
- 3 tablespoons milk
